  • Administer medication in line with training and organisational policies.
  • Encourage community participation, social engagement, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
  • Promote participants’ independence, choice, dignity, and rights.
  • Build positive relationships with participants, families, and allied health professionals.
  • Follow NDIS Practice Standards, Work Health & Safety requirements, and organisational policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.

What you will bring

  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Previous experience in disability support (preferred but not essential).

Why work with SIL Specialist

  • Competitive hourly rates plus applicable penalties.
  • Ongoing professional development and paid training.
  • Flexible shifts to support work-life balance.
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation.
  • Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture.
  • Employee recognition and rewards.
  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with disability every day.

If you are passionate about making a positive impact and want to build a rewarding career in disability support, we’d love to hear from you.
